Not much time to talk...crazy-busy with the packing and such. We leave tomorrow for a 1-day layover in Los Angeles, then across the big pond to the islands! To further entice those of you out there who are thinking about coming to see us someday, I offer the image above as another example of New Zealand's natural beauty.

They have no bears, thank God! You know I am scared of them! I will do some research and figure out what alternative sort of evil critters there are to worry over. We know the birds are harmless...but I'm sure there are some small creepy crawlers to watch out for!
We'll miss you guys--sincerely hope you willl stay in touch and we'll definitely plan on that camping trip! By then, I'll be an 'old pro' at Kiwi camping!
